Busy day that doesn’t feel busy 8/30
Sunday morning, waking up, feeling refreshed. Catching up with a friend I share what I did yesterday.
For an instance the thought “ I didn’t do much comes up”
Then I list what I did.
Met up family, went to an organic market, then to a sports store.
Lunch at home
Chilled
Complete laundry
Went out with a friend to visit the city, walked from 4:30pm all through to the evening. Stopped for dinner around 7pm, went for drinks after.
Home by 10:30pm
I feel energised. Having more energy still to have another full day.
These days are my normal.
I get to do a lot.
And I feel at ease.
It’s not about how much you do, that make you feel rested or overwhelmed.
It’s how you perceive life.
How you feel about time is relative.
When it’s pleasant, time passes by with ease
When it’s something unwanted, it feels like it’s lasting forever!
My normal today is a new normal. Over the last 2 years, I’ve worked with coaches to recreate my new normal.
You would have told me 3 years ago I would feel like I do today. I would not have believed you.
I would not have thought it would be possible to do so.
You don’t know what you don’t know ;)
