Putting me first 1/30

This one has taken a whole new level recently.

I take my morning S L O W, and that’s most days. Take time to move my body, eat and enjoy my tea, to getting ready. I like taking my time.

It’s not about having enough time. Every humans has the same amount of time in one day. And yet, some do more, and feel calm doing it.

Rather it’s about values, priority and PERSPECTIVE.

Values - what do you value and are you making your decision according to your values?

If no - anything you’ll do will feel long, strenuous and procrastination will be present.

Priorities - What’s most important, what will have the most impact on your mood and energy. Putting activities that bring you energy first will increase your energy, and will make anything else you do after that much easier.

Perspective -  is life hard? Or is life easy?

Watch how you talk, as how you talk is how you think. And you thinking shows the perspective you have.

When you believe life is hard, anything you’ll do will be hard.

When you believe life is easy, life is easy and things come to you with ease.

This last one is engrained in our systems, most cultures teach us that in order to succeed, you need to work hard. Underneath this, there’s a belief that when life is easy you’ll never succeed.  This creaps up without you knowing it.

Putting myself first. Today I took my morning easy, went out for some errands, came back, fed by body healthy wholesome food, had a nap, cleaned the flat, took a bath to slow down.

I added these slow activities as I know that when I put my wellbeing first, everything I do is easier. Also I love feel amazing in my body. This it a value and I place it in priority. Also I know that life is easy. After all this. I’m sitting in front of my computer, feeling creative and energised. So I’m working.

Are you ready for your life to become easier?

Let me know in the comment how you’d like you life to look like when it is easy.

From my wild heart to yours

Tara
